Senior Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

● Speed to market: campaign build-to-launch turnaround against agreed SLAs, including fast-turn ad hoc promos and time-sensitive dunning/decline sequences. ● Accuracy: error-free execution against calendar specifications (offer terms, pricing, targeting, timing, naming, journey step logic). ● QA pass: percentage of assets cleared on first QA review vs. requiring rework. ● Convention adherence: 100% compliance with naming, tagging, and workflow standards across Braze and Dispatch. ● Throughput: volume of campaigns/journeys executed per cycle relative to acquisition/retention calendar demand. ● Journey integrity: dunning, decline, and retention email journeys fire correctly against call center and direct mailer touchpoints with no sequencing gaps or duplicate/conflicting sends. ● Dispatch adoption: percentage of eligible ad hoc/promo campaigns executed through Dispatch vs. manual build, once tool is in production. Governance & Guardrails This role operates inside a controlled system, not an open mandate. The specialist: ● Executes within existing Braze/Amplitude configurations, templates, and automation workflows, and within Dispatch once live for eligible ad hoc/promo use cases. ● Cannot launch any asset without completing the team's QA and approval workflow. Approvers to be identified to the Specialist upon onboarding. ● Cannot deviate from established naming conventions, segmentation definitions, offer/pricing terms, or targeting logic without explicit approval. ● Cannot modify retention journey sequencing or call center/direct mailer coordination logic — these remain owned by the consumer revenue team and are executed, not redesigned, by the specialist unless specifically scoped. ● Escalates ambiguous requirements, conflicting offer terms, or journey sequencing questions rather than interpreting them independently.
