D Lower Purpose of the Role: To provide regional leadership on design and development of new and revamped Build it stores as well as providing leadership on the development of Build it brand corporate identity. Job Description : Provide leadership on design and development of Build it stores via the Western Cape regional office Research and develop retail initiatives to enhance retail sales, profitability and improve market share Stimulate a culture of innovation and CI adherence within Build it Ensure that all Build it branding and image specifications are updated and maintained Develop and maintain SOP for the development and store planning teams while maintaining a regional SOP library Provide leadership on legislative and regulatory requirements pertaining to the design and development relating to Build it stores and projects within the region Maintain a national and regional preferred supplier list Review and assist with the regional preferred supplier listings (suppliers relating to store setups only) Provide leadership in the control and management of supplier cost to retail at regional level Achieve agreed targets and budgets for regional projects A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a management role Education: National Diploma: Architecture (Required), National Senior Certificate _Matric (Required) Skills: Negotiation, Organizing, Planning, Stakeholder Management Competencies : Work Experience : Employment Equity: Build it is an equal opportunity employer.
