JD FOR QUALITY EXECUTIVE Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Testing Conduct routine testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications. Monitor parameters such as Brix, CO₂ volume, acidity, pH, turbidity, TDS, microbiological limits, and sensory quality. Ensure compliance with product specifications for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.

Process Quality Monitoring: Monitor critical control points (CCP) and operational quality parameters during production. Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards in production and filling lines. Conduct line inspections (pre-startup, in-process, and post-production checks. Verify cleaning and sanitation (CIP/SIP) effectiveness Food Safety & Compliance: Documentation & Reporting Non-Conformance & CAPA Hygiene & Sanitation Control Supplier & Material Quality
