Locker Contract Management Executive - Business Development, SPX Express (1-Year Contract)

Manage Agreements & Contract Administration: Manage and maintain partner and vendor agreements supporting SPX Locker operations Handle license agreements, contract renewals, and deployment-related documentation Ensure contract records are properly tracked and maintained for operational visibility. Coordinate Approvals & Compliance: Coordinate approvals, endorsements, and contractual documentation with relevant internal teams Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal governance processes Support timely execution of agreements to avoid operational delays Resolve Contractual Matters & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for contractual inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Work closely with business, legal, and operations teams to resolve contractual issues efficiently Conduct Quality Checks & Improve Processes: Support process improvements to streamline contract workflows and improve turnaround time Participate in initiatives to strengthen contract management efficiency and operational alignment Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field Prior experience in contract administration, documentation management, or compliance-related work is advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy
