Manager Logistics

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus) Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with inventory management, customs, supplier management, and cost optimization Fluent English communication skills Responsibilities Lead and implement the site logistics strategy in line with Group objectives.

Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, imports/exports, and material flow. Ensure timely supply of materials and consumables from local and international sources. Manage logistics budget, costs, and KPI performance. Develop and coach the Logistics team to achieve operational excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and local authorities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong Quality, Health, Safety Environment (QHSE) culture.
