Sub Assembly Technician

James Moore & Co., P.L.’s HR Solutions team is partnering with Goshen Engineering in the search for a Sub Assembly Technician to build the mechanical and electrical subassemblies that support Goshen's products and production operations. You'll work from production orders, drawings, bills of material, and work instructions to prepare, fit, assemble, inspect, and document quality work.

This position offers a clear progression from foundational assembly work through more complex assignments, troubleshooting, peer support, and working-lead responsibilities based on demonstrated proficiency.
