Require a Manager – HR & Compliance in Nairobi, Kenya

Provide expert guidance on all matters related to Kenyan Labor Law and regulatory compliance. Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive HR policies to mitigate organizational risk. Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to established standards. Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle with a focus on regulatory integrity and operational efficiency.

Advise leadership on complex employee relations issues and legal implications.

Requirements

5+ years' HR experience Healthcare/regulated-sector experience preferred Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Law & Compliance HR policy, audits & risk management expertise HR + Law qualification preferred
