Visit us at . Summary: UST is looking for procurement executive with Global procurement, Supply chain and SAP. It is for Bangalore location and 5 days of work from office. The Opportunity: Purchase Requisition Support.

1. Partner with STAKE HOLDERS to Support all their Purchase Requisition
2. Collaborate with Procurement Assistance Centre / Buyers / CBM to assist Stakeholder Request
3. Work with the Commodity Business Managers / Buyers / Stakeholders to gather RFX requirements.
4. Work with the extended team to manage and maintain RFX templates.
5. Track and Maintain PR records.
6. Maintain the Tracker and Publish Monthly Turnaround Time for PR submission Process.
7. Identify the Recurring Transactions
8. Support Sourcing Needs for CBM/Buyers
9. Gather RFX Requirements
10. Publish RFX within Workday Scout
11. Capture value story (Savings) within Workday Scout
12. Works with the extended team to manage and maintain RFX template. Future Transaction and Asset Tracking (Pipeline Management).
13. Capture the Identified Recurring Transactions in Service Now
14. Collaborate with Respective Pillar Head to create Pipeline.
15. Design a process to get notification on New Contract Execution from Contract Depository Tool (Ariba). (Any other SAP with P2P)
16. Maintain Pipeline Records in Service Now / Workday Scout
17.
