Consultant Pathologist

A reputed healthcare facility in Krishnanagar, West Bengal is seeking a qualified Consultant Pathologist for a full-time position. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting pathology investigations, preparing accurate reports, and supporting clinicians in diagnosis and patient management.

Qualifications

MD / DNB in Pathology Valid State Medical Council registration Relevant experience in clinical pathology is preferred Strong diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills Responsibilities Review and interpret pathology specimens and laboratory investigation results. Provide accurate and timely diagnostic pathology reports.

Perform or supervise relevant pathology procedures as per qualification and expertise. Correlate laboratory findings with clinical information to support diagnosis. Communicate significant or critical findings to treating physicians when required. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of pathology records. Coordinate with laboratory technicians and other healthcare professionals.
