• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and strategic professional to join our Sales department as an Ecosystem Bank Officer. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by fostering and managing partnerships within the financial ecosystem, enhancing customer acquisition, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders to expand the bank's market presence and product penetration. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and leveraging ecosystem partnerships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's overall success.

Responsibilities

:- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the financial ecosystem to drive business growth and enhance service offerings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging ecosystem relationships to expand the bank’s customer base and product reach. Collaborate with internal sales teams and product managers to design and implement customized financial solutions that meet partner and customer needs.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and ensure competitive positioning. Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including negotiation, onboarding, performance tracking, and renewal processes. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes and sales effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all partnership activities and sales processes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate partnership performance and strategic recommendations. Train and mentor junior team members on ecosystem partnership management and sales best practices.

Represent the bank at industry events and forums to build brand presence and network with potential partners. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the financial services industry.
