Assistant Branch Manager

Responsible for the delivery of high quality, efficient operations, sales, and service to Bank clients. This includes the professional development of all staff to include proper hiring, training, and coaching of all employees. Primary responsibility for the certifications, operations and audit functions of the retail branch.

Participates in branch training and cross-training for all newly hired and existing employees.
