Educator Engagement Manager

Macmillan Learning is hiring an Educator Engagement Manager to serve as the educator-facing partner for new and early-lifecycle High School products. In this role, you'll build relationships with educators and district leaders, gather direct market feedback, and turn what you learn into recommendations that strengthen product readiness.

You'll work closely with Program Managers, Product, Sales, and Marketing, engaging early adopters and cultivating educator advocates as products move toward launch. This role suits someone with a track record in educator engagement, market readiness, or product marketing in K-12 or High School education, who can build trust across functions and lead through influence rather than authority.
