Seeking an experienced Vice President to drive global, large-scale transformational Artificial Intelligence initiatives. You will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge AI platforms to enhance employee experience, deliver quantifiable automation benefits, and build resilient HCM solutions across our firm. As a Vice President, you will lead the strategy, design and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM AI platforms and solutions from initiation to completion. You will apply exceptional organizational skills, strategic foresight, and impeccable implementation abilities. A strong focus on integrating systems across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to retirement – will be essential.
