What You'll Do

Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate information. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology. Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

85% English proficiency High School Diploma At least 18 years old Guatemalan citizen Ability to obtain Criminal and Police Background Checks Ability to open a monetary account with Banco Industrial Availability to work on-site at: 15 avenida 17-30 Z.13, Edif. Torre Mundial, Zona 13 Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala Basic computer skills Training Requirements: Completion of a mandatory 9-week training program.

Must maintain an average quiz score of 80%+ and complete all required Learning training.
