Industrial Engineering Intern (Thesis Project)

Support Industrial Engineering activities related to testing procedures for Filler equipment Contribute to the definition of standard work, checklists and Gantt charts for equipment testing activities Participate in Product Development projects aimed at improving quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of final products Assist in the development of testing tools in line with equipment and automation evolution; Support industrial automation projects involving PLC programming (Siemens, B R), electrical design (EPLAN) and Digital Twin technologies for testing and validation activities; Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on WCM and digital transformation initiatives; Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze data, investigate process variability and support improvement actions; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, quality enhancement and cost optimization; Work closely with Innovation, Engineering, Customer Project Management and Production teams on equipment testing projects; Support collaboration with external partners involved in automation and digitalization projects.
