Job Summary

Tapville Social Bartenders are responsible for bringing our beverage lineup to life. Bartenders prepare both classic and signature hand- crafted cocktails and serve our guests a delicious selection of wine, seltzer, local and craft beer in a fast and friendly manner. Bartenders are total team players always ready to assist team members in creating a simple, hassle-free guest experience.

Bartenders embody Tapville's Core Values and work both independently and collaboratively to deliver Tapville Social’s operating and Five-Star Key Attributes Positive, Patient Communicator Reliable Fast-paced Organized Detail-oriented Job Duties Represent Tapville's Core Values Deliver Five-Star Service: Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages in measured quantities and check with the guest to ensure you’ve met (or, better yet, exceeded ) their expectations Maintain a clean and organized work station that includes bar seating as well as food service and dining areas—and ensure these areas are clean/sanitized both before and after serving our guests Serve responsibly and comply with all local alcohol service regulations (including age verification) Take food and beverage orders from guests and Dining Ambassadors; accept payment and make change; slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks; and other vital bar tasks Practice suggestive “up-selling” techniques that highlight the amazing offerings from our beverage menu Execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures Manage alcoholic beverages and other bar supplies as necessary, and verify the quality and accuracy of deliveries Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications: Skill Requirements Minimum 2 years prior bartending experience Hard-working, team player Well-developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service Capable of performing calmly and effectively under pressure Serv.

Safe Management, Allergen, and Basset certification Physical Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day Able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

Ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
