The Senior Employee Relations Specialist supports employee relations initiatives, promotes compliance with labor laws, and fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role manages complex employee relations issues, collaborates on ADA and leave management processes, and ensures consistent application of company policies across multiple states. This position provides expert guidance to leaders regarding progressive discipline matters and exercises independent discretion, within established guidelines. The role requires flexibility and proactive collaboration across all HR functions, and hands-on support wherever needed to ensure seamless team operations and exceptional service delivery.

The estimated salary for this role is $74,721.00 - $89,666.00 annually.
