Virtual Advisor, Wealth Desk

This role supports the growth and retention of Alterna’s wealth portfolio by servicing existing members, converting eligible referrals, identifying appropriate consolidation opportunities, and maintaining strong compliance standards. They are responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of member relationships primarily consisting of households with less complex investment needs and investable assets generally under $100,000.

Through phone, video, email, and other digital channels, the Virtual Advisor delivers investment advice, portfolio reviews, account maintenance support, and high-quality member service aligned with each member’s goals and circumstances.
