Starbucks Barista - Chippenham Hospital

At Chippenham Hospital, a Starbucks Barista creates the Starbucks Experience for customers by providing legendary customer service, serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment . Core Responsibilities: Customer Service : Welcomes customers, takes orders, and builds positive relationships.

Beverage Preparation : Prepares handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages to standard. Food Handling : Warms and serves pastries, sandwiches, and other food items. Cashier Duties : Operates the POS system, handles cash, and processes digital payments. Store Cleanliness : Washes dishes, sanitizes counters, sweeps floors, and mops floors, and takes out trash.

Inventory Stocking : Restocks pastry cases, coffee beans, cups, and condiments throughout the shift. Teamwork : Communicates effectively with teammates to handle busy rushes smoothly. Key Requirements: Skills : Strong communication, active listening, multitasking, and basic math skills. Attributes : Punctual, reliable, friendly, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and often stressful environment.

Physical Ability : Standing for long periods, bending, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Availability : Applicants must be available to work from 3pm to 7:30pm Monday
