Senior Support Specialist

With limited supervision and following standard operating procedures, this position acts as the subject matter expert playing a lead role in the department while providing excellent customer service to internal staff, clients, and partners by providing basic and routine technical and software related support. Ensures that end-user workstations, network performance, and proprietary SaaS application meets company and client requirements.
