Regional Property Manager WPM Real Estate Management | Maryland & Pennsylvania $120,000+ annually, commensurate with experience WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a multifamily portfolio across Maryland and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a strong multi-site leader who combines operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do Oversee operational and financial performance across a multifamily portfolio Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers Develop budgets and monitor performance against financial goals Analyze portfolio results and communicate with leadership, owners, and investors Drive strategies and initiatives that improve property performance Build strong relationships with residents, associates, owners, and other stakeholders Travel regularly throughout the Maryland and Pennsylvania portfolio What We’re Looking For 10+ years of property management experience 3+ years as a Regional Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, or similar multi-site leader Proven success coaching and developing property management teams Strong budgeting and financial management skills Excellent communication, leadership, and technology skills Bachelor’s degree preferred ARM, CAM, or similar industry certification preferred Why Join WPM?
