Senior Marketing Specialist

Connectalents is a leading recruitment and HR solutions company in MENA is seeking to hire " Senior Marketing Specialist " in Sheraton for a leading provider of advanced technology solutions across the Middle East & Africa, specializing in Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, and Digital Job Role We are looking for a with strong experience in the IT / Technology sector to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business and commercial objectives. Lead B2B lead generation activities across digital and relevant marketing channels. Manage and optimize the company’s digital and social media channels . Develop, edit, and manage high-quality marketing content across different platforms.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase engagement. Develop and maintain the marketing content calendar and ensure timely execution. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements. Conduct market and competitor research within the IT / Technology industry to identify new opportunities.

Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with lead generation and revenue objectives. Manage marketing activities end-to-end, from planning and strategy to execution and performance tracking . Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. Take ownership of marketing initiatives and ensure successful execution within agreed timelines.

Requirements

What are we looking for 6–8 years of experience in Marketing. Mandatory experience within the IT / Technology sector. Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation . Strong experience managing digital marketing and social media channels . Strong content creation, editing, and content management skills. Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and campaign performance. Experience working closely with Sales / Business Development teams to support lead generation and business growth. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and take full ownership of marketing activities.

Senior-level mindset with the ability to develop plans, make decisions, and drive execution independently. Mandatory Sector Experience Candidates must have previous marketing experience in one of the following environments: IT Services Software / SaaS Technology Solutions IT Consulting Candidates without previous IT / Technology sector experience will not be considered.
