Utility Billing Specialist

Performs lead worker, technical, and analytical work coordinating the department’s customer service and utilities operations for water, sanitation, sewer, stormwater and parking meter services. Primary service areas include water meter and sanitation accounts maintenance, accurate and timely billing operations, permit verifications for new installations and demolitions, parking revenue management and liens processing.
