Facilities Maintenance Superintendent

The Facilities Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the maintenance, repair, and operation of municipal, commercial, or institutional facilities. This position oversees maintenance personnel, custodial services, warehouse operations, preventive maintenance, capital improvement projects, contractor services, and facility compliance.
