Influencer Partnership Manager

POSITION TITLE: Influencer Partnership Manager REPORTS TO: HOURS: TYPE OF POSITION: Office Manager 10 hours a week 1099 CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt ABOUT MY EDUCATION SOLUTIONS My Education Solutions (MES) mission is to help clients reduce their student loan debt through counseling, enrollment, and administrative services for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programs, so they can afford to live the life they dreamed of when they decided to advance their education.

Job Description: Increase lead generation by leveraging successful influencer followers to endorse and promote MES services. The platform being used to locate, manage, and pay influencers is called Upfluencer and will be paid for my company. A converted client at MES has made their first enrollment payment, which is how we compensate influencers as well.

KPI Goal: At least 10 new influencers meeting “Target Influencer Profile” hired and posting within the $2400 budget. Job Duties:

1. Become an expert using the Upfluencer Platform
2. Create a “Target Influencer Profile” ** with MES Team
3. Locate Influencers meeting those criteria
4. Engage with Influencers and negotiate a deal
5. Send agreement electronically (pre- loaded) through Upfluencer platform
6. Approve Influencer Content daily
7. Pay the influencer on the Upfluencer platform when you see they have posted.
8. At least 10 new influencers meeting “Target Influencer Profile” hired and posting within the $2400 budget. A set of weekly meetings with MES Management to make sure we are addressing any issues that come up. Budget for Project: Budget to pay influencers for posting is a $ 2,400 monthly budget Goal is to hire 10 influencers for around $200 per post and $50 -$100 commission for converted Clients. $50 1 to 50 $75 51 to 100 $100 100+ Note: Influencer’s contract will allow them to re-post as many times as they want without being compensated for additional commissions but every post about our services must be approved.
