About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings within the United States. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans, responding effectively to changing patient conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States. Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Demonstrated clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Experience in specialized areas such as critical care, emergency nursing, or geriatrics. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team coordination.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health status and care needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments accurately while observing patient responses and documenting outcomes. Provide patient education and support to promote health maintenance and disease prevention.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions, escalating care as necessary. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established clinical protocols and guidelines.
