Digital Docket Platform Coordinator

About the Employer Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities. The Opportunity Own the administration and improvement of a digital construction-docket platform, connecting project operations with commercial, finance and delivery teams.

Your Work

• Coordinate platform implementation, user support and workflow improvements.
• Resolve docket and approval issues with delivery teams, subcontractors and finance.
• Maintain subcontractor parameters and reliable data for costing and reconciliation.
• Analyse labour, plant and operational information and improve reports and processes.
• Work with technology providers and train users to increase adoption and consistent use.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• Experience supporting or implementing digital platforms, ideally in construction or a project environment.
• Technical aptitude, troubleshooting ability and understanding of connected business processes.
• Strong Excel, reporting and commercial or operational data skills.
• Understanding of dockets, claims, subcontractor administration or costing.
• Effective stakeholder coordination, organisation and attention to detail.
• Virtual Superintendent, Power BI or comparable project-platform experience is highly regarded.
