Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Operate the snack shack efficiently, taking and processing orders accurately and promptly. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including snacks, sandwiches, hot and cold beverages, and alcoholic beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack shack, including food preparation areas, and storage areas. Handle cash transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures and maintaining a cash register with appropriate change. Always maintain professional appearance and behavior, complying with the club policies and regulations.

Assist in opening and closing duties, including reconciling cash, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas. Handle member and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food and beverage orders.

Work closely with members of golf staff and maintain a positive, and cohesive relationship with them.
