Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, and manage salespeople. Oversee lead generation and distribution. Support translation and localization of sales materials. Ensure sales process adoption and performance. Report results and insights to the US sales team.

Requirements

Requirements Business-level English (spoken and written). Proven experience managing sales teams. Strong understanding of sales operations and metrics. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with US teams. Leadership and coaching skills.
