We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job responsibilities: Work with Project Managers to support project delivery across Casino, Marketing, ERP, Corporate Services and other business areas Gather, analyze and document business requirements, system requirements, workflows and business rules Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases and acceptance criteria Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessment.
Facilitate meetings, workshops and requirement clarification sessions with users, IT teams and vendors Support solution design by ensuring business requirements are clearly understood Assist in reviewing project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests Prepare and support SIT/UAT test scenarios, test cases and user acceptance testing Coordinate defect tracking, issue follow-up and requirement clarification Validate that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements Support user training, user guides, deployment preparation and post-go-live support Job requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business/systems analysis Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese / Cantonese Demonstrated experience working with end users to gather and assess business needs and translate into technical specifications Experience in casino, hospitality, marketing, ERP or corporate system projects is preferred Proven ability with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, Visio and Microsoft Project or other project management software Some experience with SQL language databases & business process mapping
