Firefly is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Children's Shelter in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is critical for providing effective and timely data management, customer service, and case load support to Directors and Staff.

Responsibilities

Data Management and Tracking Solicit and input data Complete and submit forms Produce reports Provide Internal and External Customer Service Direct inquiries to right people Answer questions and provide information and documentation General Clerical and Admin Photocopying, faxing, filing, or emailing Event planning Support front desk personnel Collaborate with team members in chart audit process You have: High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license with valid insurance, with no more than 6 points on driving record Experience with Excel Telephone experience answering multiple incoming lines Clerical experience Knowledge of Computer and office equipment Acquire Knowledge of agencies programs.
