Food Truck Supervisor

Description Lago East Bank is looking to expand our Food Truck staff. Please apply if you enjoy an active, fun, high volume environment! Must have management experience.

Requirements

Drive a truck and trailer with a clean driving history Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, hot boxes and more. Operate a generator Handling the end of day closeouts for all sales reports and money. Oversee 2-3 other staff at a time. May include product pickup and drop off and cleaning of equipment and truck.

Hours will be mostly weekends 18-30 hours a week.
