Associate (Solar Liasioning), Special Projects

Role Overview We are looking for a Associate (Solar Liasioning), Special Projects for our Jalna office, who will play a key role in overseeing Solar Project Liasioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple solar project site liaisoning, documentation, and handover. Identify bottlenecks and take proactive action. Project management on a cloud-based platform. Developing and implementing processes for seamless liasioning and handover as per requirements. Understand client requirements, provide suitable solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.

Achieve daily and weekly installation targets set by the management. Coordinate with the field teams for seamless project execution. Documentation work. Probation period: 2 Months.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in project management and liasioning (Solar / Renewable sector preferred). Should be willing to work in an ambiguous environment and develop processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Good presentation and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (Inventory software, MS Office, Email, project management tools). Willingness to travel within the region. Possesses own vehicle, smartphone, and Laptop (optional).
