Culture & Engagement Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

The Culture & Engagement Specialist is responsible for fostering a connected, engaged, and values-driven employee experience across the credit union and its affiliated companies (CUSOs). This role supports organizational culture initiatives through employee engagement programs, internal communications, recognition efforts, and employee events.

The Specialist partners cross-functionally to bring the organization's culture to life, ensuring employees feel informed, included, and inspired.
