Job description
Manages traffic engineering projects from concept through construction, including scope development, consultant coordination, plan review, and construction support; Reviews and approves traffic control plans, traffic impact analyses, signal designs, pavement marking plans, signage layouts, and intersection improvements for compliance with City standards and the MUTCD; Conducts traffic studies including speed studies, warrant analyses, crash data evaluations, operational assessments, and safety reviews; Utilizes traffic analysis and modeling tools (e.
