We’re searching for a Senior Specialist, Financial Planning, Analysis & Control (50701464) to be part of our Planning & Control , Financial Planning, Analysis & Control Department diverse team of talent. What you will be working on Inventory, Fixed assets and CAPEX management To provide analysis on inventory, fixed assets and CAPEX to management for decision making.

Inventory and Cost Accounting Cost Planning & Standard Costing – Prepare quarterly/annual plans and coordinate with Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain to maintain standard cost factors and release standard costs in SAP. Inventory Management & Reconciliation – Oversee inventory accounting, physical counts, aging stock analysis, and ensure MES-SAP reconciliation.

Perform monthly closing tasks and sub-ledger reconciliations. System & Reporting Oversight – Collaborate with IT and departments to resolve system issues, ensure accurate accruals and provisions, and prepare inventory and cost analysis reports for management. Fixed Assets & Depreciation – Maintain asset register, ensure accurate depreciation and budget alignment, and conduct annual asset counts.

CAPEX Oversight – Monitor CAPEX spending, collaborate with departments on savings, and ensure compliance with budget and procedures. SOX & Internal Controls – Execute SOX processes for inventory, fixed assets, and CAPEX; improve control efficiency; and maintain updated SOPs and documentation. More about you Bachelor in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification Accountant -> no prior experience required (fresh graduates) Proficient in SAP and MS Office Applications Knowledge of accounting systems and costing and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP SSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
