Maintenance Tech – The Warbler Hotel (thewarblerhotel.com), 1923 St. Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment at a new 58-room boutique hotel opening September 2026, featuring Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and rooftop bar.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you’ll handle general repairs, guest room upkeep, and grounds and pool care, responding to guest maintenance requests with the same professionalism as any guest-facing role. Minimum one year of general building maintenance experience; vocational certification preferred.

Compensation
