IT Product Manager (Hybrid)

Our client, a globally recognized organization, is looking to appoint an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, performance, and evolution of key technology solutions within the business. Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies that support long-term business objectives. Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer and operational needs. Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization initiatives. Manage product-related budgets, costs, vendor contracts, and investment decisions.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, end users, technology teams, and external partners. Evaluate new business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions. Lead decision-making around product enhancements, innovation initiatives, and future development opportunities. Ensure products meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Oversee third-party service providers and ensure agreed service standards are maintained. Analyze market developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. Collaborate with technical teams to guide architectural direction, integration strategies, and modernization efforts.
Champion customer-focused thinking and ensure product decisions deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; product management certification advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in IT product management, product ownership, or senior technical roles, preferably with product financial accountability. Strong technical expertise in areas such as architecture, cloud, systems integration, or software delivery, with demonstrated industry thought leadership.
Experience working within the logistics and/or warehousing technology environment. Solid understanding of IT market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Skilled in product financial management, budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Experienced in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and product delivery practices. Understands compliance, security, and risk management within a product environment.
