We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our Allegheny County Mobile Crisis team. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role that combines direct clinical care with real-time coaching, consultation, and support for Behavioral Health First Responders responding to behavioral health crises in the community.

RHD A-TEAM | Word] Respond directly to behavioral health crises in the community as part of the mobile crisis team. Provide real-time clinical consultation and field support to Behavioral Health First Responders before, during, and after crisis responses. Conduct clinical screenings and assessments to evaluate mental health needs, trauma, substance use, risk, and safety concerns.

Lead and support crisis interventions using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices. Provide day-to-day clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to front-line staff. Review clinical documentation and notes to support quality and billing requirements. Provide required clinical supervision hours for staff pursuing licensure in accordance with applicable licensing standards.

Provide clinical training and skills development related to crisis intervention, documentation, and best practices. Accurately document clinical interactions in the Electronic Health Record. Identify trends, risks, and training needs and communicate concerns to program leadership. Support program operations during periods of high service demand, major community events, or emergency responses.
