Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will be key to your success in this role. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements. Ensure customer data privacy and security. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's values and reputation.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of BFSI industry is an asset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
