Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions with professionalism and expertise. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that arise.

Your role

is crucial in maintaining a positive brand image and driving customer retention. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Provide product/service information and educate customers on our offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Contribute to team goals and support a positive work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Knowledge of basic customer relationship management tools.

Familiarity with the BFSI industry is an advantage. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office or similar software. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
