Support in-app UI/UX localization and translation, ensuring language accuracy and quality
Support online and offline campaign execution, including localized communications, educational materials, and operational setup
Provide local user insights and cultural context to help improve the migrant worker user experience
Support ad-hoc user research and project coordination as needed
Native speaker of Indonesian or Vietnamese, with working proficiency in Mandarin
Third-year university student or above
Strong translation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and execution skills
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to support different project needs
Available to work at least 3 days per week
Interest in e-commerce, marketing, or user experience is a plus
