Assisted Living LPN 7am-3pm Full-Time Position Available Lake Prince Woods is an award-winning retirement community in Suffolk, VA. Provides medication administration for residents in assigned area in a timely manner following all policies and procedures of the Medication Administration guidelines and under the direction of LPN Unit Coordinator and AL Director in accordance with physician’s orders, company and industry standards and federal and state regulations.

Works under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living. Administer medication as directed in the Medication Administration policies and procedures except injections, medication given by g-tube, j-tube or nasogastric tubes and IV medications. Minimal Education: High School graduate or G.E.D. Minimal Experience: Minimum of three (3) months work experience in basic nursing procedures for assisted living nursing preferred.
