Job Description: Leisure Activity Coordinator Responsibilities; Manage daily activities for clients including community outings and educational and home activities. Planned and facilitated daily activities incorporating physical and leisure aspects. Organized and planned daily activities designed for Dementia Residents.

Increased resident and staff participation in daily activities. Helped coordinate and facilitate daily activities. Scheduled all daily activities on a monthly basis. Assisted with all the relevant daily programs including but not limited to registering guests for daily activities. Increased resident and staff participation in daily activities for better quality of life for the Residents.

Plan and coordinate all daily activities for the seniors residing in the nursing home. Planned and organized daily activities and monthly outings for adult day program.
