Used Vehicle Manager

Own the pre-owned operation. Build the numbers. Lead the team. We're looking for a Used Car Manager who wants full ownership of the pre-owned department. You'll run inventory, appraisals, pricing, and the sales floor for our pre-owned department, with the backing of a multi-store dealership group behind you. What you'll own Acquire, appraise, and price pre-owned inventory to hit turn and gross targets Manage aging, wholesale decisions, and reconditioning timelines Desk deals, structure numbers, and work closely with F&I to maximize every deal Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit volume and CSI goals Use market data and inventory tools (v.
