The Dougherty County Human Resources Department is hiring for a HR Deputy Director. The HR Deputy Director, under the general direction of the Human Resources Director, assists in planning, directing, and evaluating the human resources programs and operations. This position provides strategic leadership and directs operations in employment relations, talent acquisition, benefit administration, training, and performance management.
