Apprentice Customer Care

As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our customers.

Your role

will involve handling inbound customer inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. You will have the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Answer incoming customer calls and provide timely and accurate information.

Resolve customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads. Provide regular feedback to the team on customer trends and preferences.

Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times. Actively participate in training and development opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer service tools. A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer care. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
