OVERVIEW

Job Duties and Responsibilities Own workflow design and process optimization Map and standardize end-to-end campaign and revenue workflow Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work Drive consistency across teams and processes Lead tooling, platforms, and automation Own CRM (Salesforce), OMS, and inventory management systems Build automation across planning, trafficking, and reporting workflows Partner with engineering on integrations and system scalability Ensure data integrity and governance Establish single source of truth across systems and reporting Define data governance and standardization practices Build reporting frameworks to track efficiency and operational performance Developing Talent and Teammate Engagement Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals by establishing common objectives and a shared mindset.

Develops talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments in order to meet their own career goals as well as the organization’s priorities Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans; successfully deliver on proposed staffing objectives. Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives; focus on voice of teammate data (e.

g., Engagement & Pulse results), partnering with organization leadership to drive necessary changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related subject 7-10 years experience in ad operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology. Strong experience with CRM systems, OMS, workflow automation, and data systems with a focus on scaling operations and reducing manual processes. ​eCommerce Experience Retail Media Network Experience Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel Experience with adobe analytics or comparable web analytics system Experience with CRM and OMS platforms (e.

This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
