What You'll Do

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
• Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance and processing payments.
• Maintain and organize patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
