Almstead Tree & Shrub Care is seeking NYS Certified Pesticide Applicators (preferred) or experienced professionals with a strong background in tree injection treatments. Key Responsibilities

Perform tree injection treatments with precision and care Treat ash trees for Emerald Ash Borer Treat elm trees for Dutch Elm Disease Follow all safety protocols and application standards Requirements NYS Pesticide Applicator Certification (preferred) or relevant field experience Experience with tree injection systems and treatments Knowledge of ash and elm tree care is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Valid driver’s license preferred Benefits Compensation & Employment Details: Pay range: $22–$32 per hour , based on experience Initial 3-month contract assignment Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance What We Offer: Professional and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and certification support Work Location: Projects throughout the five boroughs of New York City Join a respected tree care company and help protect valuable trees across our region.
